This is a comprehensive blog  ping services list to use with your blog.

If you have a wordpress blog then go to Settings/Writing and past this blog  ping services list into the Update Service space at the end of the page and press save changes.

Then each time you publish a blog post or page wordpress will automatically ping your post/page with these services on this blog  ping services list . This will provide you with a nice little web blast.

Blog Ping Service List-Ping Spam

A word or warning wordpress pings every time you update a post so it might be a good idea to install the cbnet Ping Optimizer plugin on your blog as this will limit pings to new posts and pages and prevent your blog being labeled a ping spammer.

The cbnet Ping Optimizer does have a manual ping button which allows you to ping a previously pinged post if you require.
